Welcome to the Durham Access to Social Housing (DASH) Vacancy Site.

Durham Access to Social Housing (DASH) runs the wait list for rent-geared-to-income (RGI) and modified housing in Durham. DASH posts vacancies for RGI or modified units with community housing properties, and some private landlords in the region, on the DASH Vacancies Site as they become available. Vacancies are posted for one week.

You need to be an applicant on the DASH waitlist to use the Vacancies Site. Once you log in, you will be able to see all of the vacancies that are available and express interest in them. This is different than how housing wait lists operate in a lot of other areas. It gives you more control and choice about where you want to live.

If you are not already on the DASH wait list, you must first apply for RGI or modified housing.
