Until further notice, staff/residents may request copies of Commissioner's Reports and By-laws by contacting the Corporate Services Department – Legislative Services Division via telephone at 905-668-7711 extension 2016, or via email at Clerks@durham.ca.

Please note that documents (reports) cannot be accessed via agendas or www.durham.ca on the "Meetings Calendar" page. However, documents (reports) inputted prior to November 13, 2015 can be searched for through the ZyImage application.

Please note that meeting agendas and minutes will continue to be available at www.durham.ca on the "Meetings Calendar" page. If you require any documents in an accessible format, please contact the Legislative Services Division.

It will be collected and maintained for the purposes of creating a record and may be available to the general public pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 and any other relevant Acts. References in oral submissions made by delegations will also become part of the public record.
