If you or someone else in your party became ill after dining at a particular food establishment in Durham, call the Environmental Help Line at: 905-723-3818 or 1-888-777-9613 ext. 2188.

You’ll be asked what you ate and drank at the food service establishment and which symptoms you experienced. The information you provide will be kept
confidential, and your answers will help us determine if there is a problem with the establishment.

If you suspect that you have foodborne illness call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 to assess your health status, contact your family doctor,
or seek other appropriate medical attention.
