Do you have questions or concerns about breastfeeding? Our breastfeeding groups are a wonderful way to get out and share information and mom and child experiences with others. Family members and support persons are welcome!

  • How to know baby is getting enough
  • Sore nipples and breasts
  • Fitting breastfeeding into your lifestyle
  • When and how to start solids
  • Breastfeeding while baby is teething
  • Breastfeeding & returning to work or school
  • When and how to wean
