Reminder: Service disruption to affect Regional websites and phone system on March 13

WHITBY, ON March 09, 2016

On Sunday, March 13, members of the public accessing any of Durham Region’s websites will experience service disruptions throughout the day, as scheduled maintenance and upgrades are performed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition, the telephone system at Regional Headquarters will be affected.

To perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades at Regional Headquarters.


All incoming calls to Regional Headquarters will be forwarded to an automated message for the duration of the service disruption, noting that Regional offices are closed, and the phone system is temporarily out of service. During this time, for after-hours emergency assistance regarding water supply, sewers or Regional Roads, call 905-576-9991 or 1-800-372-1104. Residents with immediate health concerns should contact Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000.
