Lane restrictions on Harmony Road and Olive Avenue in Oshawa

WHITBY, ON April 22, 2016

The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department would like to advise residents of lane restrictions on Harmony Road (Regional Road 33) and Olive Avenue in Oshawa.

WHEN:

Work begins the week of April 25 and is scheduled to be complete by mid-June. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.

WHERE:

Harmony Road, from north of Bloor Street to Olive Avenue; and Olive Avenue, from west of Elmridge Street to east of Florell Drive, in the City of Oshawa.

WHY:

Road resurfacing work includes asphalt replacement, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement and new pavement markings.

NOTE:

The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive, and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and construction workers.
