WHITBY, ON August 24, 2016

Members of the media are advised that the inaugural Committee of the Whole (pilot program) meeting will be taking place on Wednesday, Sept. 7.

WHEN:

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 7, beginning at 9 a.m.

WHERE:

Council Chambers at The Regional Municipality of Durham Headquarters, 605 Rossland Rd. E., Whitby.

WHY:

The Region of Durham previously used a Standing Committee structure made up of the Finance & Administration, Planning & Economic Development, Health & Social Services and Works Committees. Hard copies of the Committee of the Whole agenda will be available in the Legislative Services Division on the Wednesday preceding the Committee of the Whole meeting. The agenda will also be available on the Region of Durham’s Minutes and Agendas web page. View the Region of Durham’s Meetings Calendar for an up-to-date listing of Committee of the Whole meetings.
