WHITBY, ON April 14, 2014 - Durham Region Emergency Medical Services (EMS) today celebrated the opening of the new Oshawa North Paramedic Response Station located at 1260 Wilson Rd., N., Oshawa.

“This new facility provides a permanent paramedic station in the Oshawa north community, while enhancing the delivery of emergency medical services for the City of Oshawa and surrounding area,” said Roger Anderson, Regional Chair and Chief Executive Officer.

This new station will initially be operational with two advanced care paramedic ambulances, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
