Rewards and Recognition

The Region values its employees and supports and encourages an environment of recognition through formal and informal methods. Building a culture of recognition and positive work environments, individual Departments celebrate their employee's valuable contributions in a variety of ways throughout the year, including peer to peer recognition activities along with employer initiated recognition.

Annual Service Awards

The Region recognizes tenure through Service Awards, which are celebrated after five, ten, fifteen and twenty years of service. The Region hosts an annual long-service award banquet to celebrate our employees who have reached service of over twenty-five years and over.
