A vendor application process is now available for all potential vendors/contractors to supply your company contact information as well as the goods and services your company can provide.

Benefits of completing an online vendor application include:

The Region of Durham is able to locate your company profile by selected commodity codes or by company name. As such, please select the commodities from the list provided that best represents the product(s) and/or service(s) that your company can provide.

As one of our “green” initiatives, the Region of Durham Finance Department discourages vendors from submitting printed product and or company literature. Alternatively vendors are encouraged to provide a link to your web site along with product information on the vendor application.

NOTE: SUBMITTING A VENDOR APPLICATION DOES NOT ENSURE THAT YOU WILL BE CONTACTED. THE REGION OF DURHAM ASSUMES NO LIABILITY IN THIS REGARD. ALL VENDORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CHECK THE REGION OF DURHAM WEB SITE BIDDING OPPORTUNITIES PAGE ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR CURRENT BIDDING OPPORTUNITIES.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF VENDORS TO UPDATE THEIR INFORMATION THROUGH THE VENDOR APPLICATION AS REQUIRED. ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE KEPT FOR THREE YEARS ONLY AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DELETED UPON EXPIRY OF THE LATEST UPDATE.

IMPORTANT: Submitting a vendor application does not Register your company for any bidding opportunities currently listed on this site. Companies interested in a specific bidding opportunity must click on the link below and Register on the Bidding Opportunities page.
