Regional Review Policy

If a member of your household disagrees with a decision made by Regional staff regarding:

you may request a review of the decision as detailed under section 155 of the Housing Services Act.

Your request must be in writing, stating the reason you disagree with the decision. You should supply as much background information as possible. You must make the request within ten days of receiving the decision. A review will be completed within 30 days after the request for review is received and you will receive a notice within five days after the review is completed. You may be requested to appear at the Review. If you attend you may bring someone to assist you. All decisions made by the Regional Review Committee are final.
