Visiting hours

Family and friends are encouraged to visit often. While there are no specific restrictions regarding visiting hours, it is advisable to check ahead if you are planning to visit between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m., as access to the building is restricted during this time, for security reasons.

Short Stay/Respite Care

Short Stay/Respite Care is designed primarily to assist families that are presently caring for elderly relatives by providing them with an opportunity for relief through vacation or a rest. The Short Stay Program offers the older person a short-term change in living arrangements, as well as opportunities for social contact. Residents are typically admitted to the home for one week to two months and then return to their own homes. While in the home, short-stay residents have access to the same range of care and services provided to long-stay residents.
