• Parenting Teens and Preteens (PDF)
  An eight-week group series to provide parents with the necessary tools to improve communication with their children and build healthy relationships.
  
  
• Helping Children Cope with Separation and Divorce (PDF)
  A two-hour evening workshop for parents with children of any age. This workshop will give parents an understanding of how children grieve and react to separation and divorce, and provide parenting strategies to support their child's successful adjustment.
  
  
• Growing Great Kids! Growing as Parents! (PDF)
  A workshop geared towards parents with children under eight years old. It encourages social well-being in children, while allowing parents to grow and nurture themselves.
  
  
• Bully Proofing Your Child (PDF)
  A two-hour evening workshop for parents with children of any age.
  
  
• Protecting Children from Sexual Abuse (PDF)
  A two-hour evening workshop for parents with children of any age.
