New animated video helps to increase awareness of KI tablets in Durham Region

Whitby, Ontario – To help increase awareness of the availability of KI tablets, Durham Region Health Department has developed a new animated video, which encourages residents living within 10-kilometres of the Region’s two nuclear generating stations in Pickering and Darlington to get their supply of KI tablets. Grade 5 Action Pass returns to Durham Region

Whitby, Ontario - Durham Region Health Department, in partnership with local municipal recreation centres and the Oshawa Mary Street YMCA, is relaunching the Grade 5 Action Pass program for the 2023-2024 school year.
The Grade 5 Action Pass gives students the opportunity to enjoy free public swimming, skating and drop-in programs at participating recreation centres across Durham Region. The pass is valid from September 2023 to August 2024 and can be used as often as the students want.
