Egg-citing Things To Do On Easter Weekend In Durham Region
The Easter Bunny is hopping on down to Durham Region, and to celebrate, we've put together a list of egg-citing events to enjoy with family and friends. Experience the most sp-egg-tacular weekend of festivities with delicious treats, egg hunts, wagon rides, farm animals, and more fun! Brooks Farms Easter Fest

March 28 to 29 and April 3 to 6 | 122 Ashworth Road, Uxbridge
Visitors will get the best of both worlds on March 28 and 29, as Brooks Farms brings together two of their sweetest festivals—Maple and Easter! Hop on the train and ride down to the sugarbush for an educational tour and enjoy a fresh sample of local maple syrup before heading to the Easter activities. From April 3 to 6, Easter Fest will be back with an egg-stra special farm adventure throughout the playland. Bring your own basket to collect all your Easter treats, enjoy a meet and greet with the Easter Bunny and friends, visit the farm animals and baby chicks, embark on an Easter story wagon ride around the farm, and enjoy live entertainment.
Easter at Pingle's Farm

March 28 to 29 and April 3 to 5 | 1805 Taunton Road, Hampton
Celebrate all things Spring at Pingle’s Farm Market this Easter with a fun-filled day for the whole family! Snap a photo with the Easter Bunny, enjoy live music from Socks & Sandals, hop along on a festive wagon ride, treat yourself to their sweet Easter menu, and take part in helping the Easter bunny find all the eggs in the Sp-egg-tacular Easter Egg Hunt at Pingle’s Playland. Plus, visit some of Pingle's farm-ily members (like goats, chickens, sheep, donkeys and llamas) in the animal barn!
Willowtree Farm Easter Eggstravaganza

April 3 to 5 | 975 Regional Road 21, Port Perry
Join the Easter Bunny and his pals on an egg-venture through the enchanted forest at Willowtree Farm! Your ticket includes an egg-venture with Easter Bunny’s pals through a scavenger hunt, egg hunt, and craft stations in the greenhouse, an Easter decorated photo-op area in the greenhouse, a special visit with the Easter Bunny, and of course—a little Easter treat.
Vandermeer Nursery Easter Egg Hunt & Bunny Bowl

April 3 to 5 | 588 Lake Ridge Road South, Ajax
Enjoy an Easter egg hunt and create your own Bunny Breakfast Bowl at the Vandermeer Nursery Easter celebration! The event begins with an egg hunt. Find hidden treasures throughout the nursery yard and trade in your eggs for a special prize. Next create your Bunny Breakfast Bowl and plant all the Easter Bunny's favourite snacks—including kale, lettuce, and pansy flowers—just in time for the big visit! Don't forget to get a photo with the Vandermeer Bunnies and meet the resident turtles before you leave.
Pickering Easter Parade

April 4 | Liverpool Road to Sandy Beach Road, Pickering
Join the City of Pickering and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 606 to celebrate the annual Easter Parade in Bay Ridges! Bring your Easter baskets and bonnets down to the parade route and partake in a spectacular welcome to Spring. After the Easter Parade, be sure to visit the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 606 (Rear Parking Lot, 1555 Bayly Street, Pickering) for a barbeque from 11 a.m. to noon. Enjoy a complimentary burger or hot dog, games, live entertainment, and enter your bonnets, bikes, wagons and doll prams into the Legion’s “Bonnet Contest” for a chance to win some exciting prizes.
Porsche Experience Centre Toronto's Little Drivers' Easter Dash

April 4 | 356 Porsche Drive, Pickering
Celebrate spring in style at Porsche Experience Centre Toronto! The Little Drivers’ Easter Dash takes place from noon to 3 p.m. and invites children ages two to 12 to enjoy an afternoon of creativity, play, treats, and Porsche-inspired fun. The event will include:
- Kids’ Corner & Soft Play (Ages 2–5): A dedicated space for our youngest guests to explore, climb, and play.
- Chocolate Easter Egg Decorating: Guided by a local chocolatier, children can craft and decorate their own chocolate Easter egg in the Main Gallery.
- Porsche Colouring Station: Young artists can bring iconic Porsche designs to life.
- Easter Egg Hunt: Little drivers will search for Easter eggs and receive a special “Golden Egg” filled with an exclusive event-only offer.
- Simulator Lab: Future drivers ages 6 and up can experience the thrill of Porsche performance in our virtual simulators.
- Photo Opportunities: Capture the day with themed photo moments throughout the centre, perfect for family keepsakes.

Cannington Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt

April 4 | MacLeod Park, Cannington
Don't miss this year’s Easter Egg Hunt with the Cannington Lions Club! Hosted at MacLeod Park, registration will begin at 10 a.m., followed by the egg hunt at 10:30 a.m. Guests are encouraged to stop by the Cannington Legion beforehand and load up on a delicious pancake breakfast before heading to the park for the free Easter activities. Bring your own basket and join the fun for your chance to win prizes, indulge in sweet Easter treats, and enjoy a visit from the Easter Bunny! Zoo to You will also be joining this year’s event with some furry friends! This event is rain or shine and free to attend, donations are welcomed.
Easter on the Farm at Maple Grove Orchards

April 3 to 6 | 3700 Maple Grove Road, Bowmanville
Hop on over for an egg-citing Easter celebration at Maple Grove Orchards! Each ticket includes farm admission, an egg-stra special Easter egg hunt, and a goodie bag filled with treats! Adults don’t miss out on the food, as they receive a voucher for coffee and a baked good! Enjoy a veggie planting station with a pot to plant, meet the adorable furry friends at the farm, and keep your eyes peeled for the “Big Egg” for a chance to crack open a prize! Head to the farm between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for an eggs-traordinary time!
Kids’ Safety Village Easter Eggstravaganza

Each year, the Kids’ Safety Village of Durham Region welcomes members of the community to bring their children for a fun Easter Egg-stravaganza! Enjoy a scavenger hunt, fun games and workshops, and a friendly visit from the Easter Bunny. Keep an eye on their website for this year's updates.

Local businesses are hopping with excitement over the Easter Bunny's visit and have created the most egg-citing menus for you to enjoy!
