Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region is advising residents of upcoming lane restrictions on Bloor Street East (Regional Road 22) and at the intersection of Bloor Street East and Wilson Road South (Regional Road 35) in the City of Oshawa.

Whitby, ON – Durham Regional Council has approved the 2026 Property Tax Supported Business Plans and Budget Guideline, setting the vision for the 2026 budget. Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region is advising recreational vehicle (RV) owners and registered septage haulers of the temporary closure of the waste disposal station at Corbett Creek Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP).
When: Starting July 1 until further notice.
Where: Waste disposal station at Corbett Creek WPCP, 2400 Forbes Street, Whitby.
Why: The temporary closure of the waste disposal station is in place to facilitate on-site activities associated with equipment upgrades.

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Sandford Road (Regional Road 11) in the Township of Uxbridge.
When: July 7 to August 26. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.
Where: Lane restrictions will be in place daily on Sandford Road, from York Durham Line (Regional Road 30) to Concession Road 4, in the Township of Uxbridge.
