Anticipated Outcome: Develop a detailed architectural blueprint and logic flow for a unified AI virtual agent that outlines how it would integrate with multiple CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Oracle CC&B). This includes service flow diagrams, authentication models, escalation pathways, and mock user journeys.
