As municipalities and broader public-sector organizations explore Artificial Intelligence (AI) to modernize services, improve decision-making, and reduce manual work, there is a growing need to understand how peer organizations are actually using AI, with a practical focus on Finance Department financial services activities and modernized water/sewer customer services, and what measurable outcomes (KPIs) are being achieved.
