The Region of Durham’s Strategic Initiatives Division is looking for a student artist to engage with the Christine Crescent community in Oshawa to understand local context and then develop and implement a public art project on construction hoarding at phase 1 of the Christine Crescent Housing Redevelopment Project.

 Host Department: Office of the CAO

 Type of Collaboration: A paid co-op/ internship hosted at the Region

 Anticipated Outcome: Vibrant public art installation

 Deliverables: Public Art

 Timeline: 4 months

 Desired Start Date: Summer Semester 2026
