Durham Live will provide a unique blend of entertainment, recreational, cultural, tourist and commercial venues. Durham Live will provide Pickering with much needed cultural facilities such as a convention centre, performing arts center and the entertainment and recreational facilities. Some of the other key uses will include:

Nordik Spa-Nature
Nordik Spa-Nature

Groupe Nordik has announced that construction on its third Nordik Spa-Nature is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2018 at Cullen Central Park in Whitby. The spa is scheduled to officially open at the end of 2019.

This new relaxation centre will cover a 385,423-square-foot area and will have a capacity of up to 1,100 people.

Guests will be guaranteed an innovative, imaginative, and multisensory relaxation and renewal experience, inspired by the winning formula of its predecessors, Nordik Spa-Nature | Chelsea and Thermëa by Nordik Spa-Nature | Winnipeg.
