Regional service impacts in observance of the Family Day holiday

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of impacts to Regional programs and services on February 16 in observance of the Family Day holiday.
When and Where: On Monday, February 16, the following programs and/or services will be impacted:
- Durham Regional Headquarters in Whitby will be closed, including provincial courts and offices, the Ontario Works Office and the Child Care and Early Years Division Office.

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region is advising residents that the Ontario Works Office at 200 John Street West, Midtown Mall, Oshawa, will re-open on Wednesday, February 11.
Where: Ontario Works Office - 200 John Street West, Midtown Mall, Oshawa.
Why: The office was closed this past week for cleaning and repairs due to flooding.

Update 2 - Temporary closure of Ontario Works Office in Oshawa due to flooding

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region is advising residents that the Ontario Works Office at 200 John Street West, Midtown Mall, Oshawa, will remain closed this week to allow for cleaning and repairs due to flooding.
Clients may visit the Community Resource Centre on the second floor of 200 John Street West to access limited supports. Ontario Works services and supports can also be accessed at Durham Region Headquarters at 605 Rossland Road East, Whitby.
