Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, in partnership with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO), Metrolinx, Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), and other participating municipalities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH), have launched the 2023 Transportation Tomorrow Survey (TTS).
