Engaging in local climate action: discover, connect and be inspired
Whitby, Ontario – Whether you're passionate about sustainability, eager to learn about Durham Region’s climate initiatives, or simply looking for a fun and meaningful outing with the family, the Durham Climate Roundtable Fall Forum is the place to be. The annual event will bring together leaders, innovators, community members and their families, to communicate about climate change in ways that are accessible, empowering and rooted in community.
Who: Hosted by the Region of Durham and the Brilliant Energy Institute at Ontario Tech University.
Where: Regional Headquarters, 605 Rossland Road East, in Whitby.
When: Saturday, November 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Doors open at 9:30 a.m.
What: This family-friendly day is packed with activities that highlight climate challenges and initiatives specific to Durham Region. Hear from our keynote speaker and expert panel as they tackle the challenges of climate change disinformation and misinformation, and discover practical tools for meaningful conversations.

Connect with inspiring sustainability organizations at the exhibitor fair, expand your network and be part of the movement toward a more sustainable future in Durham.
