Lane restrictions on Bloor Street East in Oshawa
Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region is advising residents of upcoming lane restrictions on Bloor Street East (Regional Road 22) and at the intersection of Bloor Street East and Wilson Road South (Regional Road 35) in the City of Oshawa.
When: July 7 to 25. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.
Where: Lane restrictions will be in place on Boor Street East, from 25 metres west of Wilson Road South to 25 metres east of Wilson Road South, and at the intersection of Bloor Street East and Wilson Road South.
Why: Lane restrictions will be in place for the safe installation of a new sanitary sewer, and to repair the existing watermain at the intersection of Bloor and Wilson.
Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
