Transform stress and anger into positive change: connect with Men’s Counselling Link

Whitby, Ontario – Men interested in reducing stress and opening doors to healthier relationships can access free, confidential counselling through Men’s Counselling Link.

What: Men’s Counselling Link offers virtual or in-person counselling to help navigate relationship challenges, anger or harmful behaviour towards others. Men’s Counselling Link can also connect men with other services, like food supports, employment services or income assistance, which helps reduce stress.

Where: Dial 2-1-1 and ask for “Men’s Counselling Link.”

Note: Men’s Counselling Link is a province-wide initiative provided by 211 Ontario and Family Service Ontario. For male-identifying individuals 16 years of age and older in Durham region, 211 navigators will connect them with Family Services Durham for specialized support.
