Upcoming lane restrictions on Stellar Drive in the Town of Whitby

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region is advising residents of upcoming lane restrictions on Stellar Drive (Regional Road 25) in the Town of Whitby.

When: June 15 to July 15. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.

Where: Lane restrictions will be in place on Stellar Drive, from 850 metres west of Thornton Road South (Regional Road 52) to one kilometre west of Thornton Road South, in the Town of Whitby.  

Why: To safely install water services and construct new entrances in support of new development.

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
