We are providing a correction to information contained in this news release to clarify that individuals must be at least 18 years old on the day of their appointment to be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. This clarification was received from the province.

Whitby, Ontario - Durham Region Health Department and Lakeridge Health will begin operating COVID-19 vaccination pop-up clinics for residents 18 and older, or who will be turning 18 in 2021, living in Ajax and Pickering hot spot postal code areas.
