New left-turn restrictions at Harmony Road South and Tennyson Avenue in Oshawa

Whitby, Ontario – In support of Durham Vision Zero, The Regional Municipality of Durham is installing left-turn restrictions at the intersection of Harmony Road South (Regional Road 33) and Tennyson Avenue in the City of Oshawa.
Where: The northbound left-turn from Harmony Road onto Tennyson Avenue and the eastbound left-turn from Tennyson Avenue onto Harmony Road in Oshawa.
When: Will be in effect Monday to Friday from 6 to 9 a.m. and 3 to 7 p.m., starting in late January. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.
Why: To reduce collisions and improve road safety at this intersection.
