Lane restrictions on Caleb, Clark and Elgin streets in Scugog

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region is advising residents of lane restrictions on Caleb Street, Clark Street and Elgin Street in the Township of Scugog.   

 When: August 17 to December 15. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.  

 Where: Lane restrictions will take place on the following streets in Scugog: 

• Caleb Street from Scugog Street to Queen Street.
• Clark Street from Caleb Street to Crandell Street.
• Elgin Street from Ella Street to Crandell Street. 

Why: To safely complete watermain replacements.  

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
