Lane restrictions on Durham Regional Highway 2 in Courtice

This PSA has been updated to reflect the current information. 

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region is advising residents of upcoming lane restrictions on Regional Highway 2 in the Municipality of Clarington’s community of Courtice.  

When: Day and night from July 6 to August 10. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.  

Where: East and westbound lane restrictions on Durham Regional Highway 2 from Prestonvale Road to Trulls Road in Courtice.  

Why: To safely restore concrete sidewalks and curbs. 

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
