Lane restrictions on Regional Road 57 in Scugog

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents and businesses of lane restrictions on Regional Road 57 in the Township of Scugog.

When: Week of July 6 to August 31. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.

Where: The lane restrictions will be in place on Regional Road 57, from 100 metres northeast of Scugog Point Road to one kilometre east of St. Christopher’s Beach Road, and from 300 metres east of View Lake Road to the Durham/Kawartha boundary line, in Scugog.

Why: For road rehabilitation work.

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and work crews.
