Upcoming lane restrictions on Simcoe Street South in Oshawa

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Simcoe Street South (Regional Road 2) in the City of Oshawa.

When: November 8 to 15. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.

Where: Simcoe Street South, from Kawartha Avenue to Harbour Road, in Oshawa.

Why: To safely construct a concrete curb and sidewalk in support of new development.

Note: The Region realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
