Whitby, Ontario, Oct. 7, 2019 – Durham Region Health Department has launched a new campaign entitled, “Talk Early, Talk Often”, with the goal of encouraging parents to talk to their children and teens about cannabis use and its related risks.

Putting pedestrians first in downtown Oshawa

Whitby, Ontario – Five intersections in downtown Oshawa are getting a pedestrian-friendly update to their traffic control signals.
