Region of Durham to host 45th annual auction

Whitby, Ontario – Local residents and business owners who are looking for office materials, maintenance supplies, mechanical equipment, and vehicles are invited to visit the Durham Region annual auction.
When: Auction items can be previewed on Friday, September 28 from 4 to 6 p.m. On Saturday, September 29, the gates will open at 8 a.m., with the auction beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham would like to notify residents that all incoming and outgoing mail will be affected, in the event of a labour disruption involving Canada Post.
When: According to Canada Post, a potential service disruption could occur as early as Wednesday, September 26.
