Public Notice: Jurisdictional Change of Henry Street and Cochrane Street

Transfer of Henry Street and Cochrane Street from the Region of Durham to the Town of Whitby

This notice is to inform you that effective July 1st Henry Street and Cochrane Street, between Dundas Street and Rossland Road, will be assumed by the Town of Whitby from the Region of Durham.

Henry Street and Cochrane Street will no longer be identified by a Regional Road number; however, the street names will remain the same.
Your mailing address will not change, and mail delivery will not be affected. There will be no impact to other services. 911 emergency dispatch is aware of this change, and all service access remains unaffected.
