Regional service impacts
Regional service disruption scheduled for April 6 and April 10
On Thursday, April 6 at 5 p.m. and Monday, April 10 at 4 p.m., the Region’s telephone systems and servers will experience service disruptions as scheduled maintenance is performed at Regional Headquarters. The service disruption will affect several Regional websites, in addition to all ten digit Regional Headquarters phone numbers. Please note that this service disruption is not expected to affect the Durham Regional Police Service website.

All incoming calls to Regional Headquarters will be forwarded to an automated message for the duration of the service disruption, noting that Regional offices are closed, and the phone system is temporarily out of service.

Residents with a personal health issue should contact Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0007. A registered nurse will be able to assist.
Residents impacted by these outages are encouraged to follow up on Tuesday, April 11 during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
Any changes, related to these scheduled service disruptions, will be updated here and to the Region’s official Twitter and Facebook channels.
