Durham Regional Council operates on a Standing Committee system. It makes recommendations for Durham Regional Council to consider. Information about our Committees and Council can be found on our Committees page.

Agendas

Agendas for all regular and special meetings are available to the public and are posted on our Council and Committee Calendar prior to the meeting.

Standing Committee meetings follow a monthly meeting schedule starting on the first Tuesday of the month. The agendas are posted to our website, on Friday afternoon, the week before the scheduled meeting.

Durham Regional Council meetings are scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of each month. The agenda is posted to our website, on Friday afternoon, the week before the scheduled meeting.

Agendas for Special Council, Standing Committee or Committee of the Whole meetings are posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Minutes
