InJoy Health Education provides free, web-based, mobile friendly online prenatal classes. The eClasses include audio, videos, animations and games to help you learn about healthy pregnancy, labour and birth, breastfeeding, taking care of your newborn and community supports and services.

What do I need in order to view the online classes?
You will require a high speed internet connection on a Windows or Mac OS 10.5 or higher desktop, tablet or smartphone.
We recommend using the Google Chrome web browser for best results, however Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari are all supported. Please ensure you are using the most current version of the browser.

How do I use the online prenatal classes?
Each eClass takes about two to four hours to complete.
You have the freedom to start and end wherever you choose, and work through the chapters at your own speed. Material can be viewed as often as you wish over 12 months. There are fun quizzes and activities to help you learn along the way. You can invite a partner or support person to view some or all of the material with you or to take it themselves.
Are the classes available in other languages?
Currently our online prenatal classes are only available in English.
