Mobile Crisis Team
The C.A.L.L. Centre is a gateway into Durham's healthcare and human service systems. Callers are helped to identify services that match their needs and then linked to those services, whether they are internal to Durham Mental Health Services or offered by another provider.
Crisis Access Linkage Line (C.A.L.L) offers crisis visits. They operate in the community. Contact them at 1-800-742-1890. They are open Monday to Friday. Their hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Youth Suicide Prevention Durham (YSPD)
The YSPAG works collaboratively with community partners from a variety of sectors to support and raise awareness about mental health and to build capacity for community members to respond to young people in crisis and to prevent youth suicide. Our resources and community report are available below:

Canada Suicide Prevention Service (CSPS) (from Crisis Services Canada)
The CSPS does not replace existing distress and crisis line services or phone numbers. These services will be linked together through a multi-media contact centre platform to support access to crisis services in English and French. People in crisis can also continue to call Distress Centre Durham.
