Did you know you may be able to access low-cost internet services?
Connected for Success
The Connected for Success program includes free installation and modem rental, unlimited data and no credit checks, and a needs assessment to help determine which speed best meets the household’s needs.
You may be eligible for this program if:
- You are in receipt of OW or ODSP
- You are a senior in receipt of GIS
- You are a tenant in a not-for-profit housing corporation partnered with the program. Several housing providers in Durham, including Durham Regional Local Housing Corporation, Durham Region Non-Profit Housing Corporation and Ajax Municipal Housing Corporation, are partners and a full list of housing partners is available here.

If you received a letter from the Government of Canada, you may be eligible to access low-cost internet through the Connecting Families program.
