Family Services Durham (FSD) offers Critical Incident Response Services (CIRS) to some workplaces and organizations in Durham Region.

Critical Incident Response Services provide group or individual on-site support following a critical incident, such as:

• A workplace accident.
• The death or serious injury of an employee or client.
• Violence in the workplace.
• Layoffs.

Our services depend on the setting and the incident, and aim to minimize its negative effects.

Services may include consulting with management to help them support those affected.
