SEXed Manual for Educators
This manual is to teach sexual health to students in grades nine to 12.
The SEXed manual
- Contains evidence-based lesson plans, activities, references and links to community resources in Durham Region.
- Has information that will help with teaching the 2015 Ontario Curriculum for Health and Physical Education.
- Has a teaching kit that can be signed out when you sign out a manual. The teaching kit has samples of various birth control methods, barrier methods to prevent against sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and teaching aids (penis and vagina models) to help to teach students.
*This manual has been approved by DDSB and KPRDSB for use in grades 9-12.
